I have spent more than 25 years working in the technology industry in both the Bay Area and NYC before founding Crozer Consulting, LLC in 2023.
Working with companies such as Cisco, Akamai, Pure Storage, Sprinklr and Collibra, I have developed a unique perspective when it comes to how to link rewards to concrete business results and compan
I have spent more than 25 years working in the technology industry in both the Bay Area and NYC before founding Crozer Consulting, LLC in 2023.
Working with companies such as Cisco, Akamai, Pure Storage, Sprinklr and Collibra, I have developed a unique perspective when it comes to how to link rewards to concrete business results and company culture.
I consider myself a 'builder' and love to create new strategies that scale as a company grows and evolves. I have worked with both private and public companies as a Total Rewards leader helping refine incentive plans to meet the unique needs of each company.
I hold an MBA from University Massachusetts, Lowell and an MA from Santa Clara University.
In my spare time, I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and son where I ride horses and spoil my two dogs.
